Wolfie's Joint - Animal Loves

I love animals, and consequently, I have a lot of pets—each one the Love of My Life. I'm also into training dogs for AKC obedience competition.

Animals are the greatest friends man has—they keep us humble, keep us calm, keep our blood pressure low, and provide love and warm fuzzy cuddling. They are also EXPERTS at teaching us to show grace in the face of humiliation, especially when standing in the show ring with a dog who's decided to pretend ignorance of every command he's ever learned, and just stands there with a completely blank look on his face. I've trained German Shepherd Dogs, terriers (fun, but exhausting!) and even a Borzoi (Russian Wolfhound to the uninitiated). Now that was an experience!
